There are different ways to provide counseling. In my practice, I utilize a holistic and integrative approach working with all psychological issues. I provide psychotherapy, yoga and mindfulness techniques.
I have worked in a variety of settings with a wide range of issues such as stress, depression and post-natal depression, drug addiction, anxiety, panic, phobias, childhood abuse and neglect, relationship issues, family difficulties, bereavement and loss, obsessive compulsive disorders, low self-esteem and confidence, trauma, life changes difficulties, maternity issues, marriage difficulties, emotional abuse and others.
We will work together with whatever feels relevant and helpful to you, so that you can identify unhelpful behaviors, emotions and thinking. With increased awareness, comes the realization that you are no longer speaking into a void - that you have an opportunity and the capacity to resolve difficulties, enhance your sense of well-being and work towards having more fulfilling relationships.
